Chad Morris

Chad Morris is an experienced custom home builder with a solid foundation in the trades, bringing 28 years of comprehensive understanding of construction practices. His journey in construction began at a young age, fueled by a passion for building that has only grown stronger over the decades. With a background deeply rooted in concrete work, Chad has been a key player in numerous high-profile projects across the greater metropolitan area and southern Minnesota.
Chad’s career started with completing an extensive Apprenticeship with the MN Cement Masons. His career progressed from a Cement Mason Journeyman to becoming Foreman, and eventually a Field Superintendent. The two plus decades managing large and small scale projects has provided the understanding of how to complete projects on time within budgetary constraints. He has brought that knowledge and aptitude to building high quality custom homes. His extensive education includes a variety of trade certifications, safety certifications and university level labor courses ensuring he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project.
A true outdoorsman at heart, Chad loves spending time on the lake with his family and enjoys traveling whenever possible. His personal and professional life are guided by a strong work ethic and a simple yet profound philosophy: "Hard work is the answer to all problems." This belief underscores his dedication to every task he undertakes, regardless of its size.

Trevor Morris

Trevor Morris is the driving force behind our custom home building company, bringing a unique blend of discipline, experience, and passion to every project. A former member of the prestigious 75th Ranger Regiment and the 173rd Airborne Regiment, Trevor served with distinction in the U.S. Army before transitioning to the world of construction. His journey from the military to trade school laid the groundwork for a lifelong commitment to building and craftsmanship.
With a rich background in construction, Trevor has been immersed in the industry since childhood, embodying the principles of hard work and resilience. He often says, "I was born a concrete kid," reflecting his belief that a strong foundation is the key to achieving anything. This philosophy underpins every home we build, ensuring each project stands the test of time.
An avid outdoorsman, Trevor finds inspiration in nature's beauty and tranquility, which translates into thoughtful, harmonious designs for our clients. His personal mantra, inspired by Henry Ford's words, "Whether you think you can or cannot, you are right," serves as a guiding principle in both his personal and professional life. He firmly believes in the power of positive thinking and persistence, often saying, "Keep moving forward, and good things will happen."
